The Management, Spirituality, and Religion (MSR) Interest Group of the Academy of Management (AOM) focuses on interdisciplinary theoretical and applied research and pedagogy related to the relevance and relationship of spirituality and religion in management and organizational life. first service to msr award presented

Congratulations to Dr. Andre Delbecq who was honored as the first ever recipient of the Distinguished Service to MSR Award during the 2012 AOM Conference in Boston. The award was presented by Dr. Arthur Jue, 2012 Chair, and three of MSR's co-founders, Drs. Judith Neal, Gerald Biberman, and Lee Robbins. Upon accepting the award, Dr. Delbecq declared that, without the wisdom of MSR's contributions to the field, "There is often limited meaning and stability surrounding the noble purposes of our profession." Join us at our 2013 AOM Conference on August 9-13 at Lake Buena Vista (Orlando), Florida. MSR will have a rich program of Professional Development Workshops on Friday and Saturday as well as papers and symposia on Monday and Tuesday. Doctoral students are urged to participate in the doctoral consortium and all are welcome to join our Research Incubator. Stay tuned for more details to come!
